That's probably just because you have an AA booking. It's the AA booking (that doesn't show on the BA website) that is the real booking. The ones you can see on BA's MMB are just the subsidiary ones that have been created so that BA can carry you on those flights.

If you want your BA MMB to look tidy, make a BA booking!
