Flying last night to ICN I had a very different experience on the soft product. (seat being what it is)

Very attentive crew, good service. ^

There were other problems, though - wifi couldn't connect using name/seat (never had on other flights, either) so purser solved it by giving me a code. Some other pax had same issue.

Toilet doors (starboard) would not lock properly, so even though the door was locked, the light still showed green. I encountered this issue also on other flights last spring - can it be that it's still unsolved/unrepaired?

The IFE had some hickups, the touch screen froze but I solved it.

The seat was better than I remembered, could sleep well.

The 1 fork + 2 knives pack is a riddle to me, same system to ICN
