In my mind there's one huge advantage to Four Seasons at Anahita which is the private, man made beach. Most beaches in Mauritius are generally coarse rough sand and all are public. The beach at the Four Seasons on their private island is man made so will likely be more preened and, as it's private, no hawkers.
