I'm usually one for 'it will be fine' but I've only taken those specific flights once in the last couple of years and it took me just over 2 hours to get from international to domestic. I was flying business and was pretty ruthless cutting queues, my brother and family were in economy on the same flight and were more than an hour behind me. If you're on the same ticket you'll be fine but I've found the BNE international - domestic connection to be by far the worst of any of the airports on the east coast of aus.
