Yesterday at 1 pm FS surfside has no opening date.
Not sure how 09/16 is sure and How the service will be ??
Asked amex is they can help to extend third night free instead than for 4th night due to hotel being Closed.
They reply that they'll not even ask as the hotel are under water....
Asked which hotels are open now and they say they don't know and don't have any way to know as the hotels doesn't reply on the phone....
Amex = worst customer service of the year
