In what way? The a la carte menu? Depending on the time of the year, you may only have options for breakfast. Also IMHO lounge food is only for those who can't get a decent meal onboard, e.g. when you are flying CX. I would rather have the better meal onboard.

If you want a better ground experience, go redeem HKG-LAX for the cabana and the day suite. But then you will suffer onboard with their catering and service.
