Arriving from the US into DUB at 11:50 and can take either the 14:00 or 21:00 flight on Ryanair to GLA. Since 2 hours probably won't be enough time to connect to the earlier flight, can I drop by bags 5+ hours before my flight and either go into the city or go through security? On their website it says that bag drop opens 2 hours before departure, but if the desk is open will they take it?
