I'm looking to plan a long weekend guys trip to Scotland for Whiskey tasting. Is there an ideal luxury hotel to use as a jumping off point? Especially one that could organize drivers, etc.

We're traveling from NYC so ideally somewhere that is easy-ish to travel to for a long weekend.

We originally were thinking the Belmond whiskey train, but that ended up being too much of a time commitment for the group.
