Hi all. Could somebody please go through this itinerary for me please, for my first AONE? I think it's OK, but not entirely sure about my US legs.
BKK-HKG-SFO-ORD-ANC-DFW-LAX-MIA-EWR-LHR-DXB-LHR-AGP (Malaga)-LHR-HKG-BKK.

Can I basically just ring up CX in BKK (I live in HK) and order over the phone, to be picked up in person when I pop down there?

The LHR-DXB-LHR is purely a walk-off, walk-back-on mileage sidetrip. Is that OK?
