Additional Comments: Pretty nice for such a short "snack" flight. You'll note the substantial pile of greens accompanied by salad dressing. I would've appreciated some potato salad as well but then... it was only a 1 hr 20 min flight.

Had the same a couple of weeks ago on evening JNU-ANC - the quiche was actually really tasty...no potato salad but that would have been too heavy for my tastes..the greens and dressing were standard but fine. Wouldn't mind the same meal again.
