If accurate, this appears to be a change in policy to partially combat the strategy outlined in your blog post. (Affects primarily the cardmembers with a 1 September anniversary date.)
We have 2 CSR cards. First one application date was 10/2/16. Instant approval. Statement date 11/1/16. AF paid on 11/1/16.
Looks like the next annual fee will be 11/1/17. If I paid AF, the $300 TC for 2018 should be available after 12/1/17. Correct?
After I receive $300 TC, I can PC to Freedom, and still get $450 full refund since it is within 60 days of AF payment. Correct?
