That would’ve been the best case for a more positive ending, but I’m not sure they ever made it to a check-in agent in the wrong line:
About one hour and 40 minutes before takeoff, they were redirected to the correct line, where they watched three passengers in front of them check in for the London flight.
The amount of waiting around that “normal” folks do is just incredible... on the phone, at the counters, at security, at boarding
