Man, you thought it was dated then, can't imagine what to call it today. AC that only works if it's warm out, and heating that only works in the winter. Yes, it's a simple task to get to the hotel, but it's surely showing its age.
Yes but I have noticed that most times the price reflects that. It is basically an older 3 star airport hotel at this point. I just like it for those occasions that I want to just walk over to the terminal. I have however had good luck with most of the Rosement shuttles being pretty timely so usually not a concern to stay out there as there are better properties and food options.
