Not sure if this would work and there may be a few 'Avios experts' that might be able to answer my query.
I currently have a Lloyds Amex Avios Card which currently offer a 1.5% on balance transfers before 12 Sept. For each £1000 I transfer I would receive 1500 bonus avios so a £10000 transfer would cost me £150 and I would receive 15000 avios. Although I don't have any outstanding balances on any other credit Cards would it be possible to transfer the money from from my Lloyds AMEX to XXX Credit Card and when the transfer would be complete phone XXX credit card to refund the credit back to my current account in order to clear my Lloyds Amex?
Sorry if I missed something obviously wrong here but I could do with the additional avios for next year as I have just received my BA 241
