Since PP obviously pays the Madrid airport lounges for each entry, I don't understand which party would want to verify the boarding pass? Would presenting the trip itinerary be sufficient?
PP probably have a requirements that the lounge verify the person is actually travelling. Otherwise some people may just use the lounge as their daily office or something.
