The lounge at DPS is pretty awful, not really better than having no lounge at all. No idea about how JQ handles FF crediting, but other airlines generally credit the flown class of service as shown on your boarding pass and then adjust manually; it sounds like for your case adjustment to original SC/FF earn would be 0.
