What an odd breakfast....the quiche looks tasty, but yeah, potato salad and lettuce for breakfast? And what's the deal with no breakfast breads on mid-con breakfasts? A year or two ago they "upgraded" the shorter haul breakfasts by including a hot entree, fruit plate, and pastry of some kind and then somewhere along the line the pastry got cut. I'd gladly swap out that potato salad for a blueberry muffin or danish.
