I stayed at this hotel twice last month. I used the shuttle. As Dirk pointed out it is free from the airport and €4 on the way back. The shuttle is a full sized coach shared with 3 or 4 other hotels.

It is a scheduled shuttle. On pick up from Terminal 1 the shuttle goes to Terminal 2. On my first journey it went to Meininger hotel and Holiday Inn before Element. On the second journey the first hotel stop was Element. Possibly no one for the other stops.

I have previously decided against staying at this hotel because they didn't have a shuttle and the reports of taxis refusing to take passengers to this hotel from the airport because of the low fare.

On both stays 2 rooms were upgraded to suites. (Platinum). There is a Hyatt place next door almost nearing completion.
