At my office we have about a dozen people that fly 10 to 15 k per year and 8 of them have got this offer, the other 4 just got silver elite packs.
I've noticed a serious change in UG's and attitude from CO personnel for me as a Gold in the last 3 months ( "sorry, everyone's Platinum these days"). Every plane now has multiple Plats...IN COACH.
Must be a better way, for CO and for me.
Completly agree. I was about 5500 miles short of gold last year. (I used the 25,000+ as mimimum silver req. Sorry, should have been a little more clear. End of a VERY long day.) Did not even try asking OnePass to cut me some slack. Even though I was gold last year. Now I'm fighting those 12 people from your office plus god only knows how many thousands of others. As for the serious change in attitude from Co staff. I was kicked off the precious blue carpet on the other day!
