Eat dinner at A Pacific Cafe in Kapaa. It is definitely the best restaurant on Kauai. Though it is on the expensive side, it is well worth it, in my opinion.

It is located in a very nondescript strip mall and the atmosphere is very causal and it can be a bit noisy. But the food is the epitome of the Pacific Rim cuisine.
