Since location was key for us for Cape Town, we booked through De Waterkant Cottages, two interconnecting "villas" through De Waterkant cottages to make a 5 bedroom place for 2 people. $1600 for 4 nights total!!

Not a luxury hotel, but another option. They have pretty nice properties.
