Saw someone at FCO renting a car and satnav then found when he got to the car that it had built in sat nav so decided he didn't want to pay for the satnav anymore. They said they couldn't refund it and he had to take the satnav with him because if he didn't he'd be charged for it if it wasn't present on return.
I prefer to pay the £5 per day to my mobile company to take my data with me and then use satnav on that :-)
