Moreover Ryanair only enforce the current 90 bag rule on busy services (which is admittedly many of them) so my suspicion is that they won't be tagging bags on quiet flights - it will be extra work for no time benefit.
No i mean the wheelie bag. i always take the smaller size anyway so it is guaranteed on the flight
