Or you have a lap child under 2 years without a seat of their own. Speedy Boarding is bundled in with Up Front and Extra Legroom paid for seating. So in a way Ryanair remains more generous. Moreover Ryanair only enforce the current 90 bag rule on busy services (which is admittedly many of them) so my suspicion is that they won't be tagging bags on quiet flights - it will be extra work for no time benefit.
No i mean the wheelie bag. i always take the smaller size anyway so it is guaranteed on the flight
