Seeing as there is a huge pig pile going on, I'll jump in too. I will actually go out of my way and drive from San Diego to LAX to take the direct LAX-LHR 77W service vs the direct SAN-LHR BA CW dorm class on a 777. Only time I'd opt for CW on BA on the SAN-LHR route would be if they were using the 747 and there were seats available on the upper deck.
