Booking an upgrade award with miles and cash *not* over the phone?
Has anyone ever had any success with this? I want to upgrade my flight on the 16th with miles and cash but I don't want to tie up the phone line for people who are trying to get out of hurricane danger. (Plus, I don't want to wait on hold so long.) Any advice?
