Does Delta have a suggestion box? I'd like to suggest that they draft a written agreement so that every time some hollywood "personality" or political blowhard announces that they will never fly Delta again, the closest gate agent can quickly print a copy for signature.

Chelsea - great idea. From this day forward please fly United instead of Delta (and raise the average IQ on both airlines) :-)
