This is also disturbing to those of us who are silver and put our butts in Co's. seats for 25,000+ miles last year! I thought the point of the reduced EQM was to thin out the elite ranks. Or is it just a manipulation tactic to get us to buy online so Co. can lay off more reservation staff?
I just don't get it. The left hand really has no idea what the right hand is doing. This is absurd.
