Oh I can confirm no lucky draw and no Shanghai Tang when I was there last week.
Also, I had a bit of difficulty using the four free drink coupons at Azure and Zest. The staff would happily take the coupons when I ordered the drinks but then the cost of the drinks would appear on the bill anyway. It happened at both outlets. Keep an eye on that.
