There are three fares which are relevant for AMS-BKK atm.
INCSALE £833.00(€908)
INCEU60 £926.00(€1,009)
INCEU28 £1,163.00(€1,267)
The figures are base fare and don't include taxes/fees/charges so don't get too excited!
The cheapest INCSALE can only be routed AMS-LON-BKK. If you are doing anything different you can't use that fare.
INCEU60 and INCEU28 are advanced purchase fares, obviously 60/28 refer to the length of that advance purchase in days. Both can be routed:
AMS-LON-BKK
AMS-LON-HKG-CX/HX/RJ-BKK
AMS-LON-KUL-BA/MH/RJ-BKK
AMS-LON-SIN-3K/CX-BKK
Both have a minimum stay of
TRAVEL FROM LAST INTERNATIONAL STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO EARLIER THAN THE FIRST SUN AFTER DEPARTURE OF THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR.
Both allow 2 stopovers at EUR100, and unlimited at EUR200.
Just looking at some random dates in April 2018 for AMS.LHR-HKG-BKK-HKG-LHR-AMS with a few days stopover in HKG on the way back I get a base fare of €1,109 - so the INCEU60 €1,009 + €100 for the HKG stopover.
