My 3rd bag was among a group that took at least 35 minutes at LAX when arriving from HAV. I cleared all Immigration / Customs and waited 15 more minutes. Was Denied a certificate by a present AS employee due to "intl flight". While I've never read the exact terms, is that stated? anyone with experience successfully claiming under similar circumstances?
I've read others' experience in the past here, probably buried upthread, about the same.
