Been a Hyatt Dia/Glob every year since 2014, was very pleasantly surprised last week at a HP at CHS when the Manager greeted me on checkin and said "we have Diet MDew for you!" I asked them how they knew, and they said my profile had it. Well turns out I had told the HH at Santa Clara the past year that I liked Diet MDew and they consistently kept it stocked over the 40 weeks I was a regular going to the point of filling my arrival goodie bag with a few cans of it on the oft chance their market didn't have the 20oz bottles in stock. I guess someone took note and it went into my profile and someone else bothered to read and act on it.
Its a small thing but I'm pleased as punch!
