No, the advanced C+ upgrade process is all or nothing. You either elect to be on the C+ list and thus will be upgraded into any seat (aisle, middle, window) or choose to not be on the upgrade list at all.
For day of departure upgrades, you have the ability to select Aisle or Window, or whether a middle is acceptable. But this has to be when the upgrade request is initiated.
What is advanced upgrade? I thought domestic C+ is not up-gradable at purchase but a few days before or the day of?
I've seen the options for day of departure upgrade, but there doesn't seem to be an option for window only seat, only window or aisle.
