It's not on FT. It's 100% on Comcast. The only two possible solutions are:
1) Choose a more reliable email provider than Comcast (I've provided advice on those lines above)
2) Contact Comcast and request they fix the problem with their email service (good luck)
I'm not in the US and I don't use Comcast but I've still had the non-delivery issue.
