Could I verify the following information:

I am interested in an Air Canada itinerary from IAH to ATH with the MUC-ATH-MUC portions flown on A3.

Will the A3 portions flown on an AC ticket count toward A3 sectors to requalify for gold status in 2018, barring any changes to the program for 2018?
