No, the C+ upgrade process is all or nothing. You either elect to be on the C+ list and thus will be upgraded into any seat (aisle, middle, window) or choose to not be on the upgrade list at all.
If you wait until check-in to opt-in for the upgrade, you can specify whether you will accept a middle seat, or only want aisle or window.
