Thank you all for the feedback. I totally understand that the quality of breakfasts is also very location-dependent. I got spoiled by the RIs in San Diego; the RI in Delaware was pretty depressing. I didn't put in my preference because I was hoping that people would simply rate it based on their personal food preferences (and stating what such preferences are).

The TPS is the newest property in the area and almost right next to my client site. While they are offering to give 10 pts/$ for stays (instead of 5), the breakfast options really scare me. I have quite a few co-workers stay there because it's so close to work. These people also don't eat breakfast.

I've been staying at a Courtyard, and it's okay. There is a Residence Inn across the parking lot, and if I can get them to offer 10 pts/$, I may switch to that one. I typically like a large breakfast (eggs, some kind of meat, pastry, and yogurt), which allows me to have a light lunch (while working), then I spend the rest of my per diem on a nice dinner.

The SHS I'm looking at is about 10 minutes further away from the Courtyard and RI.
