We were hoping the system will auto approve her without the csr involvement. This is the first card she has problem with.
I have pretty much the same credit profile, and got auto approved without any issues.
Call them. IME, they didn't ask my recent cc apps. I dropped all my 5/24 apps this year, thus I was on the 5 Chase CC apps in the last 6 months. However, they don't give me new credit line, thus I have to move some of my line to open a new card.
