I would pass on the Shout House. It's a chain and some iteration (e.g. Howl at the Moon) is in most major cities in the US. You either have to get there really early or pay a big cover to get in.
I recommend heading a few minutes north via uber to Bankers Hill and watching Rick Lyon on a Friday or Saturday night at the Imperial House. It's so cheesy but so much fun.
