You account is not eligible for another Travel Credit until after your December 2017 statement date. It's a Calendar Year benefit (for cards issued before May 2017). See the Wikipost at the top of this thread.
I thought it was annual for cards issued after 5/21/2017? I'm guessing it had to post on 9/2.
From Wiki "Not for applications after May 21, 2017."
