Do I lose the MVP Gold waiver of change fees when I fly Virgin? I've noticed that on my preferred routes there are now less AS flights and more VX (particularly SFO-PVR, but some SFO-SEA as well). I don't care too much about upgrades but I REALLY care about the flexibility to change my ticket. Am I just out of luck if buying a Virgin flight? I'm happy to book as an AS flight but at one point I was told the waiver didn't apply.
