I don't know that you can expect much of an upgrade here -- we have had three bookings this summer and gotten exactly the room we paid for each time. However, the hotel is very nicely located on the streetcar, near a walkable waterfront with bars and restaurants, and the people are lovely. Lots of families here this Labor Day weekend, everyone seemed happy!
