I've only stayed at Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites. I've been impressed with RI, not so much with SHS. So I ask you, if you were to rank the four brands by quality, how would you rank them?

I have a choice of all four brands in the location of interest.
I have found no difference in the breakfasts offered at Residence Inns and SpringHill Suites. In fact, they are almost always identical. I have stayed at properties that had both a SHS and RI, and they breakfast was the same.

I am ketogenic, so my favorite brands for breakfasts are places with a lounge, so I can eat 10+ real eggs with butter. SHS and RI have acceptable eggs usually, but if they are powdered, it really brings down the taste. TPS have inedible breakfasts for me, since everything has carbs or pork (which I also don't eat).
