There was a topic on these kiosks a few weeks back. This is a stand alone feature to the express checkin kiosks. I believe you can use the AC and AP sites for free and for a small fee you can browse other sites. (The last part my just be for the airport internet kiosks). These would be in the gate area and possibly the checkin desk area.
