You have omitted the B757-300 with 3 rows 2x2 which is used a lot to the Florida market.
Perhaps dan1431 omitted them because they seem to have been removed from the South Florida to Newark market since the end of the season and apparently have been put into service in the Transcon and Las Vegas markets.
