This post is just an FYI to others as I did not see or find this info posted (maybe I searched wrong)

So I changed my primary address to an international address on my skymiles account.

They wouldn't just let me change it and required documentation as proof. I had to fill out a form. The form says only documents in jpg, jpeg among others but it won't take jpg or jpeg documents. Kept giving an error until I tried PDF and DOC.

I submitted the documentation. Was told the process would take 10 days. It took less than an hour after I submitted my information (lease for home in the other country, lease was even in another language)

Also immediately the MQD requirement vanished from my account.

Just thought I'd share in case anyone now or in the future was curious how the process went.
