I was wondering if anyone can help me, I booked a flight with Vietjet a few days ago but I haven't received a confirmation email and my payment hasn't been processed. I've sent an email and tried to call but the line is busy. I read something about the postal code. In Ireland we don't have postal codes so I entered 0000, because of this do you think the flight hasn't been booked correctly? I'm supposed to be flying in the morning so I need to know asap. I just hope they won't charge me.
