PHX early morning T3
I'm typically a mid-morning or evening T4 traveler. But an upcoming trip on Thanksgiving day is on Delta via T3, and I wouldn't mind a bit of advice.
For a flight departing at 7:30, is a 6:00 arrival enough time, considering the circumstances: Construction, holiday, checked bag (flying in F), and being the first leg of an international departure (PHX-MSP-xxx)?
