I am not sure exactly when you are after?
If you have seen the video on the website - https://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en...m-economy.html , and read the stuff there - it pretty much explains what you will get.

I like premium economy, but only if they don't ask silly money for it. It is what it says, an enhanced economy product. The seats are nicer, but it can still be a pain if the person in front reclines their seat before the meals service is finished. The food is presented better, and you usually get off the plane before the rest of the economy passengers.

Just lately, the ridiculous fare differential between PE and Y has meant that I have elected to stay down the back, and pay for exit rows, but that is just my personal choice.
