You will want 1B as the bulkhead doesn't extend all the way to the aisle. With the curvature of sidewall and bulkhead, I find 1A and 1D especially cramped
The problem with 1B is that the service dog would not have a bull bulkhead wall to protect it from being accidentally stepped on or even having a cart rolled over the tip of a leg or tail. For this reason 1A or 1D is a more suitable seat.
