No they made it a separate fare class. DL still considers C+ to be main cabin, albeit with a different experience. DL has been clear that C+ is not a separate cabin, but rather separate fare class.

Widgets is where i first heard this from, and I've confirmed with DL. Also if you search some of the disability flight support groups you'll see this tidbit brought up from time to time. DL specifically made sure to not call this PE.
